Restaurant & Retail Financial Management Group, commonly known as R&Rfmg, is a business process outsourcing company offering various accounting services for clients in the United States engaging in different industries such as restaurants, retail, hospitality, food manufacturing and professional services. It is currently expanding its business here in Asia and now has a newly established a Philippine office based in Baguio City, Benguet known as R&Rfmg – Asia Pacific. In line to that, it is currently looking for competent CPAs to fill the positions and help achieve the company’s objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and prepare the work for your assigned clients
- Communicate and coordinate with the US side Client Account Managers (CAM’s) on each client engagement
- Perform general accounting functions
- Review general ledger account support and workpapers
- Analyze financial data
- Review weekly and month-end accounting reports
- Review financial statements and report according to schedule
- Complete full cycle accounting duties and adherence to GAAP
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Perform other accounting duties and support lower level accountants as required or assigned.
- Provide input into department’s goal setting process.
- Complete special projects as necessary
- Must be able to multitask and work on several clients in each given day
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- CPA with at least 5 years relevant experience related to the position
- Preferably with public accounting experience or restaurant and retail industry experience
- Has leadership capabilities and able to manage accounting staff
- Has a solid financial statement skills and understanding of GAAP
- With a strong Excel and ERP skills
- Willing to adapt in a non-traditional work shift to overlap with the US side work hours – from 5am to 2pm
- Highly independent but a team player
- With strong communication skills and fluency in English – verbally and in writing
