Today is my third year anniversary. Allow me to express my gratitude to all of you and to you the most for giving me the opportunity to work at RRFMG. It was a great three additional years in my professional career. I can still remember the very moment when I was interviewed by you and Kavita. I needed to climb to the topmost part of our house just to have a strong internet connection while I was so exposed in direct sunlight because it’s summertime, but it was all worth it. Time flies so fast that I couldn’t imagine it’s already three years. And if you come to think about it, it’s all because of the happy culture that we have with a great mentor like you. Working here with everyone is just like working with my family at home – comfortable and fun. Kudos to your great leadership. RRFMG is my way back home, and my ticket to success!
I used to work 12-hours away from my family and loved ones, because there were no work opportunities in our city. It’s always been the norm for Accountants to go to Manila to build the career they dream of, until RRFMG opened its office in 2019 in the heart of our city. RRFMG has provided great opportunities for Accountants like me, the same as what I’ve been looking for in the Metro. Now, work is just a few blocks away from home.
With the proper tools, innovative technology, and great working environment, I am currently experiencing more growth than my previous employments combined. Starting as a supervisor, I’ve now grown to be part of the management thanks to RRFMG’s leadership team who has seen and believed in my potential and supported me in career development. I was introduced to systems and processes that I would not have encountered if not for RRFMG. From accounting skills to soft skills, I have unlocked potential in me I never knew was there.

As the first employee in the Philippines, I am thrilled to share my experience working with RRFMG for the last 4 years and 6 months (and counting). I came home from Manila expecting to lie low in my accounting career, but little did I know, I would be blessed to come across RRFMG. They gave me the opportunity to maximize my potential in accounting and experience a lot more while in the province!
I have learned so much at RRMFG – from enhancing my communication skills in English, to learning from the people I work with, to experiencing new accounting software, to managing people and interns as well.
As the first CPA to be hired, I am blessed to enjoy first dibs on the company perks and benefits. Aside from the great salary package, the quarterly company events and the yearly thanksgiving gifts, I would highlight being blessed to be a scholar for my law degree as part of RRFMG’s tuition reimbursement program.
